Having good friends is an absolute joy. I have had a few tough times trying to navigate between true friends and people who are only concerned about their own needs. Growing up I was the one wanting people to like me and desperate to be in the 'popular' crowd. This resulted in me being friends with people who treated me badly, made fun of me and who I could not trust. One day I decided enough was enough and I have never looked back. My moto is one strike and you are out. I know my worth and know I am a loyal friend. If you want to mess me around then I have one word for you GOODBYE. What I am trying to say is why surround yourself with people who have no respect for you? Why give them the satisfaction of making you upset? Surround yourself with people who build you up! People who love you and all your flaws. Most importantly give love and spread love wherever you go. Friends are angels ready to guide you in the right directions and support you the whole way.
