The small things are the most beautiful..

We are all so focused on ourself and don't actually look at the world around us. We have beautiful trees and flowers, wonderful birds and bees. Look up at the sky at night we see amazing stars.  Everything and everyone around us is beautiful. So on days when you are feeling low start appreciating what's around you.  Thank the world for the trees and the flowers, thank the world for the stars and the moon. Go a walk and inspect the world around you. Watch how the rain hits the ground. I am more at peace when it's wet and when I'm next to water. I love the sound of water flowing and a nice cool breeze touching my face. Find your peaceful place and appreciate it. Hope you all are having a wonderful day :-)  xxx

Using exercise to stay positive...

I had started the gym as I was getting so down  about my body. I started using a personal trainer for a few weeks but due to money I couldn't afford to keep it up. So last night was my first day at the gym after 4 weeks off. The feeling you get after the gym when you've worked all the stresses away is great. I was joined by my lovely friend as well so it made it even more enjoyable. Exercise could be a good distraction and give you some relief. Give it a go!
