I had started the gym as I was getting so down about my body. I started using a personal trainer for a few weeks but due to money I couldn't afford to keep it up.
So last night was my first day at the gym after 4 weeks off. The feeling you get after the gym when you've worked all the stresses away is great. I was joined by my lovely friend as well so it made it even more enjoyable.
Exercise could be a good distraction and give you some relief. Give it a go!
